Our products are of our own registered trademark brand "Mumu by Wildmums". We own both online shop and a warehouse/office (accepting walk-in) specializing in Malaysian designed products under Class 21 & 28 (e.g. baby wooden toys, open-ended wooden educational toys for toddlers, training potty for toddlers, coloring tools e.g. markerpen, and feeding utensils such as stainless steel lunch boxes). We are also beginning to explore and come out with another division "Book-ku by WildMums". We expanded our reach to Singapore this February (on consignment basis to renowned international retail “The Zall Bookstore”, located in Wheelock Place Orchard Road), partnering with Malaysia Toys online portal since March (for expo purposes and for oversea export), and signed contract with a retail project in Ipoh (operating this July 2021). About 80% of our products are designed by our team and manufactured in China, while the remaining 20% are high-end products which we imported from various regions. We patiently search for quality manufacturer in Malaysia to support local business, in hope one day our jenama Malaysia could proudly be buatan Malaysia. Our products adhere to international safety protocol and standards, whereby we use premium beech wood, pine wood, organic cottons, plain canvas cloth, odorless soy-ink, food-grade SUS304 and BPA-free PP for the ease of our consumers. The price range of our products is between RM29.90 to RM249. Most of our customers are ladies and mothers age around 20s to 40s. We currently just have 1 new office in Gelugor Penang. Since we are into educational wooden toys and lunch boxes line of business, our phase 2 plan is to turn the said new office into an activity hub, whereby we could arrange and organize KKM-related health talks, workshops, arts & craft session, etc for our customers. Our goal is to set up a playroom in our office for children of our walk-in customers to explore and play around, while the parents could have interrupted session for their photo theraphy with our facilitator. Suku-suku-separuh workshop too is an event we eagerly want to bring back and introduce the families (and our lunch box customers) with healthy balanced meal concept. Thus, we agree the new location is a great spot for all the plans mentioned, due to the strategic location and also the bright natural light coming in, making it just right and comfortable for a fruitful delivery.
